If you would like to register as an interpreter

Interpretation service is required in many different situations, such as large international conferences, seminars, press conferences, interviews, roundtables, product trainings, and various business meetings. KYT is always looking for interpreters who can support our customers' business.

Application Requirements

Content of Work English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Arabic, etc.
Necessary Skills Consecutive/Simultaneous Interpreting
Content of Interpretation Work International conferences, press conferences, training/seminars, sales pitches, internal meetings, tour attendant, exhibits, etc. 　　　　　　　　　　　　
*Those skilled in fields of medical, finance, and IR are currently favored
Period of Hiring Open as needed
Requirements ■ Conference Interpreters
・Over 1 year of working experience and possession of excellent business manners
・Those with over 3 years of interpreting experience
・For English, French, Chinese, and Korean: Those who have completed special interpreting training
*Special training not necessary for other languages

■ Exhibit/Sales Interpreters, Bilingual Staff
・TOEIC score of over 900 points
・Over 1 year of working experience and possession of excellent business manners
・Those currently attending or graduates of interpreting schools

ZoomやMicrosoft Teams、Cisco Webexなどの
WEB会議ツールで録画した音声データでの
文字起こしのご依頼が増えております。
会話・講演・
インタビュー・座談会・会議等の
音声録音データを聴き取って文章に
書き起こしていく業務になります。

ただそのまま起こせばいいというものではなく、
クライアント様や内容によって求められるまとめ方は異なり、
不明な用語をチェックする「調査力」、書き言葉として
体裁の整った原稿に仕上げる「文章力」、
誤字と聞き違いを防ぐ「国語力」と「一般常識」、
そしてある程度のPCスキルが求められます。

Those interested in temporary staff dispatch

(in-house interpreters/translators, bilingual staff)

This is a position to work exclusively at a certain company/organization to focus on internal interpreting/translating. Accepted applicants will conduct the assigned company's interpreting/translating work as an in-house interpreter/translator, and perform work in a variety of settings, such as in project-based assignments or exclusive to board members. KYT is always open to accept interpreters and translators who possess the skills to support clients' businesses.

Application Requirements

Content of Work English, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Italian, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Arabic, etc.
Necessary Skills Consecutive/simultaneous interpretation
Content of Work nterpretation of internal meetings, translation of documents, attendance of events/work trips of foreign employees, etc.
Some projects may offer positions exclusive to either interpreting or translating.
Period of Hiring Open as needed
Requirements ・Those with experience or special training in interpreting/translating
・Those with English skills equivalent to over 860 points in TOEIC® (English skills not required for other languages)
・Those currently attending or graduates of interpreting/translation schools
