(2) Calculating and paying fees for interpretation and translation services
(3) Providing clients with information about the skills, background, and contact information of the staff responsible
(4) Submitting personal identification numbers to the National Tax Agency and other authorities in compliance with laws and regulations

(2) To contact you (by phone, mail, etc.) during the quote process

４．Regarding the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Interpreters and translators who wish to register
(1) For the purpose of 3.(3) above, we may provide clients with their name, contact information, date of birth, skills, qualifications, educational background, photographs, etc. via email or mail.
For inquiries and requests for quotes
We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the individual.

５．Regarding the Outsourcing of Personal Information
We may outsource some of our business operations. In such cases, we select contractors after conducting rigorous investigations and provide appropriate supervision, including ensuring confidentiality.

６．Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Retained Personal Data
You may request disclosure, etc. of your retained personal data (such as notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension or erasure of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of records of provision to third parties) through our inquiry desk. In such cases, we will respond within a reasonable period of time after verifying your identity or your representative.
